Training session in neuro-nutrition
A 2-day training session to understand the importance of nutrition on brain functions.
The purpose of this training session is to allow a better understanding of the great importance of nutrition and micro-nutrition on brain functions.
This training session is intended for persons who wish to know more about themselves and give their entourage – private, professional, sporty – a better personal knowledge as regards nutrition and psycho-nutrition.
Where, when & how many?

• Introduction to nutrition and micro-nutrition
• Understanding the different personality profiles with their strong and weak points
• Learning how to identify the different types of personality with the Profiler software
• Understanding the relationship between neurotransmitters and personality profiles
Weight and sport
• Losing weight with neuro-nutrition, cardiac coherence, micro-nutrition and rhythm-nutrition
• Sport nutrition, how to boost your brain to boost muscles and achievements: How to eat and drink before, during and after physical activity. Food complements, why? For whom? For how long?
